Customers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please contact us via email :
Make sure you include the Order Number, reason for return. You will receive an email containing the Return Authorization # with return instructions.

Product must be returned with the following:

All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
Original packaging in new condition
Original invoice or receipt

Defective - Products can be returned for a credit or replacement. Full credit is issued for defective products only.
Damaged During Shipment - Customer must contact the carrier and file a claim with them.

Orders will be shipped with in 21 business days following payment and address verification. Business days do not include weekends. Please allow an extra day if you place your order late in the day. But most will be shipped with in 7 to 10 working days.
